Love, love the wassup ginger! Mixed the wassup ginger with some honey and glazed a fresh cut of salmon, threw it on the grill and it was great. My guests couldn't keep their fingers out of it long enough to serve. Later that week we coated some chicken wings with the wassup ginger, threw 'em on the grill and they turned out finger lickin' good! |

Coated a whole chicken with canola oil, rubbed on the fire in the hole. Put a jalapeno in the bird's arse and baked on a shallow pan at 350* for 90mins. Damned near killed my wife but it was worth it! |

I've actually used Fire in the Hole on a cream cheese bagel. I heated up the cream cheese a bit, stirred in the spice and then spread it on. Yumbo (to put in the words of my 2 year old). As I type, Martyn is cooking swordfish with Wassup Ginger. Hmmm, mmmmm, good!!!!!! It's magic, I swear. Kerry & Martyn |

Pork Tenderloin Marinade
Marinade 1/2 cup orange juice 3 Tbs. soy sauce 2 Tbs honey 2 Tbs olive oil 2 Tbs Wassup Ginger? Add more sesame seeds (optional) Add scallions (optional) It's great, thanks for a wonderful and flavorful spice blend. I know it intended for fish, but I'm telling you, it's great on pork as well. Thanks, Cathy |

We took the fire in the hole on our camping trip and as well as using it on our meat we used it on scrambled eggs in the morning, soooo gooooood!!!!! |
Used the spices Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. We used the Hot Fire in the Hole on Saturday with some rib eye filets that turned out great. Last night we grilled flank steak fajitas using the Seriously Hot Macho Taco. Fantastic! I'll defintely be ordering some of that. Heat-wise, the seriously hot was fine, which may have meant I wasn't using enough. I used the sample packet on about 3/4 of a pound of flank steak, so I may need to step the coverage up a notch. Next, I'll be working some prawns with the Seriously Hot Fire in the Hole. I think that will be a great, spicy combo. Thanks again for the spices. Tell your husband two thumbs up. |

I just had some "Fire in the Hole" Kettle Chips. Within seconds my nose started running. I thought to myself "this isn't hot" a second later my bottom lip went numb. "Alright so maybe it does have some kick". Then I itched my eye. Yes, Firespices brought tears of joy. |

Dude, tried all three of your spices on popcorn. Wow. Excellent. Wassup Ginger? has got to be the next kettle corn sensation. Have you thought about doing Mariners Games? Thanks and I'll certainly be back for more as soon as I run out. Mike. |

Ever have a keeshond steal a steak off the counter? Dust that steak with Fire in the Hole and it won't happen again! And you will get to enjoy your food without canine teeth marks in it. These spices are all great - and we use them on everything, especially like them on veggies. Can't wait to try the potato chips!

Yum...FireSpice. I love it!!! It makes for fabulous fish tacos, steak, pork or anything. Just last night I added some to my BBQ sauce to make it spicy - fab! |

Ok, here's a great taste. Mix some Wassup Ginger with mayo and make your tuna salad as you usually would (I like onion and bell pepper rather than pickle relish). Chill for an hour and eat, yum! |

I loved using Fire in the Hole on chicken. It certainly spiced up my grill. |

Damn Hot! But damn good. Thanks for the BBQ and good luck. |
